read e-mail site are a nice alternative. The upside is that you can
sign up and wait for the companies to send the money to you. The
down side is that payout is much slower. Most of the sites I have
found pay anywhere from tenths of a cent to two cents per e-mail
read and they don’t exactly overwhelm your inbox. Having said that,
don’t write them off. Over a period of time they can be a nice
addition to you paid online efforts.

- Hits4Pay
This is far and above the best paid to read site I have come across.
Their pay is decent and they consistently send e-mails. E-mails are
sent directly to your inbox. You will be glad to be a member especially
when you are credited $10 in your account just for signing up.
Payment: Check mailed or PayPal once a month if the $25 minimum is
met.
Opportunities: You never know when they will be sent and how many
you will receive, but there are at least 5-10 a day. Every e-mail read
is worth $.02. It doesn’t sound like much but it adds up quick.
Referrals: 2 levels of referrals; $.01 for both levels for each e-mail
they read.
Value: One of the most consistent paid to read sites I have found.
- 10-ads
The potential for paid to read sites from this point drops
dramatically. The next best I have found is 10-ads. Each e-mail you
read is worth only tenths of a cent each. There are definitely much
better things you could be doing with you time, but it is not
completely worthless to join. Read on.
Payment: One of the few paid to read sites that pays via PayPal.
Considering the vary low $1 minimum payout, it doesn’t hurt to join.
Opportunities: They consistently sent about 10 e-mails daily and are
quick to credit your account. The value of each e-mail varies.
Referrals: There are 4 levels of referrals and you get a percentage
of their earnings.
Value: Very consistent. I only wish they credit more for e-mails.
- Cash Depot
If it took any effort at all to be a member of this site other than read
e-mails they send to you, I wouldn’t suggest this site. In fact, the
only reason I am still a member is because I am trying to give them a
fair shot to see if they give me a reason to change my review.
Payment: Another site that pays via PayPal and has a few other
options as well. It is your choice how they send payment.
Opportunities: They do send several e-mails a day.
Referrals: 8 levels of referrals where you get a percentage of their
earnings.
Value: Relatively new site, but they are adding more opportunities.
- Donkey Mails
This is a very solid PTR site. They have been around a while and
they offer several payment option with many opportunities sent to
either you e-mail or the in-site inbox. The payout it very low; $1 if
you have a PayPal account.
Payment: One payment per week upon request.
Opportunities: They send 10-15 e-mails a day.
Referrals: If you haven't noticed from their banner, there are 5
levels of referrals. The details are on their site.
Value: Very consistent and very easy to be a member.
